I don't know if this really isn't know because I feel like I make it pretty well known, but I'm not a CPT, nutritionist, prep coach, none of that. I'm not certified to give programs, macros, anything. When I get messaged asking for these things, I'm going to say I'm not certified & I'm not comfortable providing any of that. I don't think people should. It's dangerous & shady & an insult to those who are certified. This is a PAID service. People make this their career. I plan to get certified this summer & at that point it'll be my JOB. I have no issue giving basic advice, another opinion & directing you to coaches I trust & websites that are helpful. But I will not give anything more. I know that's not what people want to hear, but it's the truth. Also, no one is entitled from a response from me or anyone. I think it's insulting that people except so much for free, especially when they haven't done their own research & I PAY my coach for my programming. Google will answer damn near every question you have. If I can tell you've done your research & genuinely have further, more in depth questions or want another opinion I am more than happy to reply. I truly do want to help as many people as possible. I try to post informative posts, along with my rants, but I can only do so much.
